The students decided for a computer-based test is considered to choose the exam date at the time of filling the JEE Main application form. Moreover, the dates offered to these students depend on a first-come-first-served basis. Therefore, it is recommended not to waste much time to apply. In some cases, the students who don’t indulge in the selection process earlier will be allotted dates randomly.

- Print a copy of the Admit Card that has been downloaded from the NTA website.
- During the test, one passport size photograph (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form) should be taken for pasting into the particular space in the Centre's attendance sheet.
- Any authorized photo ID (must be original, valid and non-expired) — PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport / Aadhaar Card (with photograph) / Ration Card with photograph / 12th Class Board Admit Card with photograph / Bank Passbook with photo.
- PwD certificate issued by the certified medical officer, if claiming the relaxation under PwD category for NRIs
