NEET Counselling for NRIs / OCIs & PIOs
NEET counseling 2019 for NRIs / OCIs & PIOs will be held most likely in the 2nd week of June 2019. This process will be held in online mode i.e. candidates will be required to register online with Committee of the Directorate General of Health Services DGHS as and when the registration process of the NEET 2019 Counselling starts.
Counseling for 15% All India Quota Seats will be administered by Medical Counselling Committee of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). Seats will be allotted to the qualified students as per their merit, category and availability of seats in colleges. Candidates who want to resign from the allotted seat by the (DGHS) after the second round of NEET 2019 will have to participate in the online resignation process. Once a seat will be allotted to the candidate, candidates have to report to the allotted college within the notified schedule.
Seats will be allotted only for those candidates who will secure the minimum qualifying percentile for NEET will be eligible to participate in NEET 2019 Counselling. In order to be considered as qualified for NEET 2019, NRI, OCI or PIO candidates will be required to secure a minimum score of 50th percentile (45th percentile for General-PwD candidates and 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC candidates).

Seat Allotment Result
After the process of each round of Counselling, the seat allotment result will be declared. NEET Counselling result will be, released in the form of the seat allotment list and seat allotment letter will disclose the seat allotted to the candidates. Qualified candidates can check their name, roll no., allotted category, candidates category, allotted college, quota and course in the NEET seat allotment list. The seat allotment letter is very important document which needs to be carried at the time of reporting to the allotted college with other mandatory documents.
Reporting to the Allotted College
After the process of Seat Allotment, those candidates who will be allotted to a seat will be asked for a report to the allotted college to complete their further admission formalities. While reporting to the allotted college, candidates have to submit their original copy of the required documents which are listed below-
- NEET 2019 Admit Card
- NEET Scorecard/Rank Letter
- Class 10 certificate and mark sheet. (Age Proof)
- Class 12 certificate and mark sheet.
- Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport. (ID Proof)
- Eight passport size photographs.
- Provisional Allotment Letter.
- Caste Certificate. (if applicable)
- PwD Certificate. (if applicable)
