If you typed Tamil Nadu NRI cutoff, Madras Medical College has no NRI row. An NRI or OCI student can still sit All India Quota there, on the same merit list as everyone else. The labelled NRI door is 15 percent of self-financing seats through the Tamil Nadu Selection Committee, plus deemed NRI through MCC. Those two logins are not one list.

The last published number that actually belongs on every NRI sheet is the NTA qualifying range. NEET UG 2026 UR / EWS last published 715-213. The old 640-138 span mixed AIQ government scores with private guesses. TestprepKart is not reprinting that span as an NRI close, and is not publishing aggregator PSG or Tagore marks that do not sit on tnmedicalselection.net or mcc.nic.in.

NEET qualifying marks (national eligibility, not a college close)

In Tamil Nadu this table is the DME and MCC eligibility floor. A child at 213 UR can register. That child has not closed PSG, KMCH, or MMC.

Last published NEET UG 2026 result: 16 July 2026. Last published NEET UG 2025 sits in the next column so you can see the floor moved. A 2027 official NTA table does not exist until that year’s result is out. Crossing this floor only opens counselling. It is not a college close.

Read the live prospectus on tnmedicalselection.net. Last published rule: NRI quota is 15 percent of sanctioned self-financing MBBS seats in that college. If an NRI seat is still vacant after the round the prospectus names, it converts to the management quota from Round 3. That conversion is why a DME NRI list can look short late in counselling. It is not proof that government MMC grew an NRI row.

Why PSG 560 and Tagore 177 are not on this page

Those figures showed up on aggregator pages, not on the Selection Committee allotment PDF TestprepKart can cite. Until DME prints an NRI category allotment with a rank or a mark next to PSG, KMCH, Tagore, or another SF name, this page will leave the college close blank. Deemed names wait on the live MCC NRI sheet the same way.

PSG Coimbatore is a DME self-financing campus. It is not Sri Ramachandra and not a deemed MCC file. If the family has PSG on an MCC deemed worksheet, move it to the Tamil Nadu Selection Committee login. Questions parents ask on Tamil Nadu NRI cutoff

Is 640 the NRI cutoff for Madras Medical College?

No. MMC has no NRI row. A 640-510 band, when it appears at all, is an All India Quota / government merit conversation, not a labelled NRI close. An NRI child who wants MMC competes on AIQ like any other applicant.

What is the official NRI cutoff for PSG?

The official rule is 15 percent of PSG’s self-financing seats through the Selection Committee, plus the NTA eligibility floor. TestprepKart is not publishing a 560-600 mark because that range is not on the last DME allotment PDF we can cite. Wait for the live NRI allotment list.

Do vacant NRI seats disappear?

The last published prospectus says vacant NRI seats are converted to management quota from Round 3. If you are late, ask DME whether that college’s NRI row is still open or already converted. Conversion is not a government NRI product.

Is Chettinad on the Tamil Nadu DME NRI list?

Chettinad is a deemed name. Deemed NRI is MCC. Do not expect the Selection Committee SF NRI list to allot it. The same split covers Sri Ramachandra and other deemed campuses.

Can we use the 2026 UR 715-213 band as the Tamil Nadu NRI close?

Only as eligibility. 715-213 is the last published NTA UR / EWS qualifying range. DME and MCC will print their own last ranks or marks per college. Those college closes are not this national floor.
