About NIT Trichy
It was established in 1964 by the Govt of TamilNadu and Govt of India. This institute started with three engineering branches namely Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical. After that many courses added and at this moment they are offering 36 different courses.
These courses are administered by 18 departments of the college. More than 3500 students are studied here are more than 250 teachers are teaching them.
Their aim is to generate more technical graduates. They will be going to lead the technology in the future. It’s spread over 800 acres, NIT offers the students the best facilities, best classrooms and college life, the best experience in life. Well equipped classrooms, laboratories, computers, and other facilities are available.
