NIT Nagpur is ATCTE approved. Students are going to get admission in this NIT by JEE Main. Students have to score 60% and above on their 10+2 in Maths and Physics to get admission to NIT Nagpur.

NIT Nagpur has reserved some seats for NRI Students under DASA / CIWG quota. A well-deserving student with a good score in JEE Main and good knowledge is eligible for NIT Nagpur admission.
About NIT Nagpur
This NIT was set up in 1960. It’s spread around the 214 acres area. It’s known for it’s best academic results and it’s rank 5th among all NIT’s. NIT Nagpur also knows as VNIT.
They have more than 30 specialized laboratories and research centers. Around 798 students and taking admissions in Masters program every year. They are offering Under Graduate and Post Graduate, P.HD programs.

Answer 1: Every NIT has some quota for NRIs. It calls DASA and every year admissions are taken through this quota..
Answer 2 : Yes, NRI admission is possible in NIT Nagpur. They have total 24 seats reserved under DASA/CIWG quota.
Answer 3 : For B.Tech NIT Nagpur accepts JEE Main scores ;
Answer 4 : Yes, NIT Nagpur is a good and repured institute. They are providing good placements, infracture is really good and usefull for students. It is one of the best NITs in India. It is a good institute for NRIs study as well.
Answer 5 : Students needs to study hard as an exam like JEE needs your full focus and concentration and dedication.
Answer 6 : Yes, all NRI students (CIWG, DASA) are treated equally in NITs.
Answer 7 : Yes, they are eligible. Top 1/3 seats will be filled under CIWG quota. Rest will be filled under DASA quota.
Answer 8 : No, once application is submitted then you can’t update mandatory fields.
Answer 9 : Below documents you’ll need: 1. Applicants Passport, 2. Date of Birth proof, Class 10th, 11th, and 12th mark-sheet, 3. Class 10th, 11th, and 12th certificate, 4. Proof of last 2 years of education in a foreign country in the case of NRI, 5. Latest passport size photograph in JPG format, 6. Scanned signature of applicant in JPG format, 7. Scanned copies of relevant documents. Students applying under the CIWG quota. They will need the below documents. 1. Copy of the passport of the parent working in the gulf. 2. Copy of Parent’s visa. 3. Copy of Parent’s Work Permit (If any). 4. Certificate from the company/organization as proof that the parent is working in the gulf country.
Answer 10 : Candidates must born on or after October 01, 1995. DOB must be mentioned in the Secondary Education Board or University Certificate (Class X or equivalent) will be only considered as eligible for exam.
