Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi is also known as IIITD was approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and was established in the year 2008. It is located in Okhla, Delhi. When this institute can into existence there was the first batch of 60 students in the college and now it is crossing 500 students in engineering courses.

Seat Availability for DASA/CIWG quota in IIIT Delhi

There are 21 seats reserved under DASA/CIWG quota for NRI students in IIIT Delhi. Under this scheme NRI students who want to pursue graduation from Indian Universities are given some percentage of seat reservation but before allotment of seat candidates have to crack JEE mains. There are 1/3rd seats are reserved for CIWG (Children of Indian Working in Gulf) students under the DASA quota.

Eligibility Criteria for NRI students in IIIT, Delhi

• Students should not be more than 25 years of age as of the Date of Admission.
• 80% or above marks in aggregate
• 80% or above in Mathematics in class 12th from any recognized board of India.
• Candidates should qualify JEE mains examination.
• Candidates must have Physics and Mathematics as specialized subjects.
• Candidates must note that if the board has 6 or more subjects, then the top 5 will be counted.

Fee structure for NRI students in IIIT, Delhi

Students under the DASA category have to pay the admission fee for the engineering course in two halves i.e. Semester-1 fee and Semester-2 fees.

 Candidates have to pay Hostel fee along with the Semester-1 admission fee.
