- Eligibility for M.Tech
Students who hold a relevant B.E/B.Tech/BSc. Engg or similar degree with a 60 percent aggregate/6.5 CGPA can apply for the M.Tech program (55 percent for reserved category).
- Eligibility
GATE eligible candidates must have completed a B.E/B.Tech with a 6.5 CGPA (or 60%) in the general/unreserved category (55 percent for reserved category). If the university does not announce final scores, a provisional certificate is accepted. Candidates must, however, submit their final scores within the time limit. Students who have completed the GATE exam will be given priority over those who apply based on their qualifying results from the previous exam.

About NRI admission eligibility in IITRAM, students who all are serious about their study, they must give JEE main and score well in this. Students have to score at least 65% on their 10+2 exam in Physics, Chemistry, Maths.
