NITs have been known for many aspects offered by the institution that makes education from the particular college all worth it. Some of the aspects can be stated as follows:
- Placement: With the highest package of INR 51 LPA offered at the institution, a remarkable place has been gained by the institution in terms of the placements offered. The CCPD is responsible for the placements for all the sectors, that connect with the companies that offer internships as well as placement opportunities.
- Infrastructure: The campus has an area of more than 200 acres spread across that offers sports facilities for indoor as well as outdoor activities (Basketball, football, badminton, etc.). The canteen within the campus involves good food service. The library has been stocked with a good variety of books for education and research. The campus environment is soothing and clean.
- Admission: The admission process is similar to the remaining NITs. The students who apply for the counseling are contacted on the basis of the seat availability and JEE Mains rank, on the basis of the course preference.
- Faculty: The aligned professors are highly qualified and very helpful in many aspects. Industrial visits are arranged by the faculties to experience the practical approach and better understanding.
- Other: The college conducts one of the biggest events and festivities in South India. This give the students the opportunities to participate in different activities and explore talents, encouraging the spirit of competition as the events are sometimes conducted in between different colleges.
