IIIT Sri City (IIITS) or Indian Institute of Information Technology Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh was established in the year 2013. This institute is observed as the Institute of National Importance. This institute covers 80 acres of land in Sri City

This Institute is contributed by the Central government with 50% of total funds, 35% funds are provided by the State government of Andhra Pradesh and the rest is in the hands of private partners.
