BITS Goa Admission Process 2022:
There is two way to take admission in BITS Goa:
For Admission to B. Pharma:
Students must be passed 10+2 examinations or equivalent from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) and suitable skill in English. However, PCM students are also eligible for Pharmacy program.
For Any BITS Course (Except B. Pharma):
Students must be passed 10+2 examinations or equivalent from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and suitable skill in English.
BITS Goa provides 3 Integrated First Degree courses like BE (Bachelor in Engineering) in 7 specializations, B. Pharma (Bachelor in Pharmacy) and M.Sc. (Master of Science) under 5 specializations. Look at the table below:

10+2 examinations with a minimum 75% marks in PCB and English, and a minimum 60% marks in each of the subjects individually. However, candidates with PCM are also eligible for the Pharmacy program. |
BITS Goa Selection Criteria:
- If you are a 12th passed student then you are eligible for BITSAT-2022.
- If you are going to appear in 12th examinations on this year, you are also eligible for BITSAT-2022.
- The admissions will be taken based on merit. The merit will be based on BITSAT-2022 score.
- Direct Admission: Students with First rank of all the central and state boards in India will be eligible to take direct admission in any course without BITSAT score.
There Are Some Conditions of BITS Goa for Admission:
- If candidate has taken Mathematics in BITSAT, candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations with at least 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.If candidate has taken Biology in BITSAT, candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations with at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology.
- If you are going to appear in 12th class examination in 2022 or have passed 12th class Examination in 2021 are eligible to appear in the BITSAT-2022 test.
- If you has taken more than 1 attempt in 12th class examinations or equivalent then only your latest performance will be considered.
- If you have passed 10+2 examination in 2020 or earlier then you are not eligible to attempt BITSAT-2022. Students who are currently studying in BITS at any of its college are not qualified to appear in BITSAT-2022.
- The admissions will be taken based on merit. The merit will be based on BITSAT-2022 score.
