National Institute of Technology (Surathkal, Karnataka) Eligibility

For every college, there lie eligibility criteria, referring to which a candidate is eligible for admission in the particular college. The main requirements include

1. Completed 10+2 with PCM through a recognized institution.
2. Minimum 50% score required.
3. There is a relaxation of 10% in the eligibility criteria for class 12 examinations, for SC/ST candidates.

The selection process for admission is based on the below terminologies:

1. JoSAA counseling for final seat allocation.
2. A minimum required JEE Mains score.
3. Based on the rank, students are allotted slots for counseling.

NRIs eligibility for NIT Surathkal admission

NIT Surathkal has reserved some seats for NRI Students under DASA / CIWG quota. A well-deserving student with a good score in JEE Main and good knowledge is eligible for NIT Surathkal admission.
