Admission criteria in NIT Surathkal for NRIs:
In NIT NRI Applications are invited to NIT Surathkal. Admissions in centrally funded technical institutes are managed by JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) based on the scores in JEE Mains and minimum 75% in class 12th examinations with the respective board, or be in the top 20 percentile in the examination.
The qualifying marks are 65% for SC/ST candidates.
