- Student should belong to Telangana.

- Students in their final year for diploma courses, or have completed their diploma from a recognized board can also appear for the examination.
- Students must have scored 45% (general) or 40% (reserved) in their 12th examination, or equivalent exam.
- Students should complete 16 years of age, or on December 31st of the admission year.
