NEET(National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) -
The National Entrance Eligibility Test (NEET), formerly known as the All India Matriculation Test (AIPMT), is the qualifying examination for MBBS and BDS programs of the Indian Academy of Medicine and Dentistry. It is administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA).NTA is an independent, self-supporting initial examination before assessment is made by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The exam offers 90,000 seats at MBBS and BDS colleges in India and is held in May every year.Candidates who want to study medicine must have taken Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology courses in the 10th and 12th grades and should be successful.Candidates must present their passing documents during the interview. The NEET Undergraduate Examination (NEET-UG) does not consider mathematics.
