INTRODUCTION
The Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Technical Education (APSCTE), an autonomous body under the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Arunachal Pradesh will conduct the Online Counselling for nomination in the various Degree courses (PCB group) against the seats made available to the State by the Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh and other Regional bodies. The selection of candidates shall be on the basis of Rank in the NEET 2021 conducted by NTA.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. The children of Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST), children of Non-APST employees of the State Government, All India Services (AIS), the Central Government & the Central Public Sector Undertakings serving in Arunachal Pradesh and all the others residing in Arunachal Pradesh for the last 3 years or more and who have passed Class XII from any of the schools within Arunachal Pradesh and who have appeared the NEET 2021.
2. For admission to MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BUMS & BDS candidate should have obtained marks above CUTOFF declared alongwith the result of NEET 2021.
2. The minimum academic qualifications to be eligible for counselling and admission in the various courses will be as follows:
i) FOR DEGREE COURSES:- Passed Class XII (with atleast 40% marks) from a Govt. recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
3. The age limit for admission in the various courses will be as follows:
i) FOR DEGREE COURSES:- Minimum 17 years as on 31-December-2021.
The age limits for admission will further be governed by the norms of the Medical Council of India and other respective affiliation bodies. The status of candidates claiming for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) quota will be verified on the basis of the declaration made at the time of filling up of the forms for NEET 2021. Further, the candidate claiming for PwD quota will have to submit relevant Certificate issued by a duly constituted Medical Board. Such candidate will also have to undergo further medical examination before issue of nomination.
