What is the Eligibility to apply for SPDC and ECR?
I studied till Class 10 in Saudi Arabia and then later came to India to complete my studies till Class 12. I have recently come to know about Scholarship Programme for Diaspora Children (SPDC) and wanted to know if I am eligible to apply for the scholarship under any of the categories. I am confused if I am eligible to apply under the Children of Indian workers in ECR countries studying in India category.
