My child hold PIO card but studied in India last 7 year, Is he considered NRI?
My son is an US Citizen and has PIO Card. But he is studying in India from Class 5 onwards. He is now in Class 10. My question is if he studied in India from 5th Standard to 12th Standard, will he be still considered as NRI for JEE Purpose
